Double feature

Team Muslauf has two new bikes:

Undisputed heavyweight champion with 12,1 kilos. The one and only: GT Palomar "Hummer" Trick bike...



and the fast rising star from amateur league with only 10,5 kilos. The evil: Pantera Massker, Homage to Guinness, Photographers delight.



Since they were once mountain bikes we decided to premiere them in their natural environment and went climbing with them in Bohinj.



The idea was to to go down an easy climbing route with a bike. How hard can it be? After all I do have all the necessary climbing gear to do it.



For starters I tried abseiling with a bike in reverse. On the top of the rockface my pants got brown and didn't go head first, and it was a bad idea... it turned out to be extremely unpleasant, annoying and boring. I expected myself being able to hop like spaceman on a moon, but it was much harder to maintain balance than on the ground especially with rope pressing on a handlebar. Than my front wheel slipped on one side and I crashed into the rock and my scratched face discouraged others to try. That will most likely earn me stardom on a Fail blog or co-staring with keyboard cat...



But we still needed some pictures to present you our new awesome bikes, so we posed a little and during that we discovered it can be fun.
